How a round works

Submit
Everyone puts in their songs. Nobody sees anyone else's.

Merge
Duplicates become one. A song two of you picked can't be chopped. Three of you, and it's in.

Chop
Take turns cutting the songs you'd rather not learn. Who chopped what stays secret until the end.

Score
Everyone hands out 4, 3, 2 and 1 points, blind. Your own song can't have your 3 or 4, unless someone else picked it too.

Reveal
Everything comes out: the ranking, who picked what, who chopped what and who gave what.
Fair, fun and a little bit secret
PIKR started as a slide deck drawn up by a working band. Every song gets a fair shot, nobody's pick gets laughed off before the vote, and the reveal is half the fun.
